This 6 hour course funded by Sainsbury's combines theory with practical demonstrations and opportunities to take part in sports that have been adapted for people with a disability.  It is being offered free of charge to anyone involved in the delivery of Physical Education and can be delivered anywhere in Northern Ireland.

The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge to make PE lessons more inclusive, to develop the basic core skills of pupils with disabilities and to provide a positive PE experience for all pupils to perform at their highest level.

Participants will be introduced to a variety of warm-up games, activities and disability sports which can be inclusive for all ability groups.

All participants will receive a resource booklet, cards providing practical examples of inclusive activities and access to additional online resources.
