Featured Event

Swim Ulster in association with Disability Sport NI will host the annual Open Swimming Championships.  This year’s event will be held on Saturday 6th May 2017 at Newry Leisure Centre.
The event is designed to give people with disabilities the opportunity to take part in competitive swimming in a fun and exciting environment and is open to anyone with a physical, sensory or learning disability, who can swim at least 25 metres unaided.
To enter, swimmers must complete the attached form by entering their time in the event they wish to compete in.  Failure to enter a time will result in the swimmer being placed in the fastest heat.  Swim Ulster will also band swimmers by class, to provide us with this information please complete the attached classification form if a swimmers class is not known.
To secure your place in the Championships please complete and return all forms to Swim Ulster before Friday 28th April 2017. Full payment for all entries must be received with returned entry forms. Once all entry details have been received a draft programme will be posted out to participants to confirm their events, this does however mean that no late entries can be accepted.
