The FitHer Programme

The FitHer Programme is funded by Department for Communities and Sport NI through the In Sport: Women and Girls Project. This free programme offers females with a disability and their friends an opportunity to take part in sports and active recreation sessions trying various activities including: boxercise, circuits, spinning, pilates, aerobics, multi-sports and dance. All sessions will be tailored to meet the needs and interests of the participants.

Upcoming FitHer Sessions.

Fermanagh Lakeland Forum - 12 weeks
Dates: Wednesdays (24th January - 11th April 2018)
Time: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Omagh Sports Complex - 12 weeks
Dates: Wednesdays (24th January - 11th April 2018)
Time: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Valley Leisure Centre, Newtown - 4 weeks
Dates: Tuesdays and Fridays (23rd January - 16th February 2018)
Times: 5.00pm - 6.00pm

Craigavon Leisure Centre - 8 weeks
Dates: Wednesdays (10th January - 28th February 2018)
Times: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Dungannon Leisure Centre - 11 weeks
Dates: Fridays (12th January - 23rd March 2018)
Times: 10.30 - 11.30am)
